Pickup Times
Food Drop-off time is between 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Watch for the prearrival email 1 hour before the delivery is made with a tracking link of the delivery van. We invite you to meet the driver at the pickup location to retrieve your box.
If you cannot meet us, we will leave your box in a cooler at the host location and notify you when it is delivered.
Please have your food picked up no later than 9:00 PM. If this is not possible, please promptly contact your host!
Please be responsible for your food and respectful to your host by promptly picking up your food!
