Want To Host A Food Pick-up?

No worries! You are not committing to anything here.

We'll walk you through everything you need to know about hosting a food pick-up location, then collect your information at the end.

1 What is a Food Pick-up Location?

A food pick-up location is a designated spot for our farm to deliver food to. Any Farm Member ordering food on our website can then choose to pick it up at the designated location at the specified time.

We are almost constantly searching for additional food pick-up locations in certain areas.

2 Who Can Host A Food Pick-up Location?

If HOA or other restrictions do not apply, anyone who has the space can host a food pick-up location.

A minimum 6x6 feet area is needed to accommodate our coolers. The space provided must be readily accessible for farm delivery and member pick-up.

It can be inside or outside space, with or without a roof.

3 How Do I Get Started?

Fill out this form and submit it to us.
If your location is in a desired area, we will get in contact with you.
If contact is made, we would then like to visit your location to ensure the spot is adequate.
If approved, we would start delivering food to your location the week following your approval. We drop off food at each location once every week.

4 How Would I Need To Prepare?

We need a minimum area of about 6x6 feet.
The pick-up area should be easily accessible, not too far off the main road. Gravel or a solid surface is preferable. Coolers can be moved in/out of a garage.
An electrical outlet will need to be within about 20 feet of the selected spot.
All food is delivered in white ice coolers until orders consistently exceed a certain quantity.
When orders exceed a certain quantity, an electric cooler (about 40"H x 52"W x 32"D, on wheels) will be brought to your location.

5 Are There Any Costs To Get Started?

No. There are no costs to get started.

We desire to meet with you in person before we begin delivering to your location. This may take a few moments of your time.

Free Shipping. All Hosts receive free shipping.
Food Credits. Revenue generated through your location will be used to calculate a 3% food credit to your Harmony Acres account. (e.g. $1000.00 revenue equals $30.00 in food credits)
