We've devoted time and effort into perfecting the taste and texture of our Greek Yogurt. Even in Greece (especially modern Greece), you'd be hard pressed to match such distinctness.

We've devoted time and effort into perfecting the taste and texture of our Greek Yogurt. Even in Greece (especially modern Greece), you'd be hard pressed to match such distinctness. The quintessential flavor is of course an impossibility without the highest quality base ingredients. We can already hear those distant inquisitive echoes from curious members, "What's the secret sauce? What's your key ingredient?" Our clear cut answer (without a hint of pretense) is . . . "The Promised Land!"

Raw milk that flows into each batch didn't begin in the Jersey cows we derive it from. It begins out there, upon those many acres of God's bountiful earth, supported by a harmony of processes involving a multitude of elements. The cattle are the recipients of that natural interplay of forces as they work tirelessly to consume the lush plants and grasses that project their deep roots into the biologically rich soil, which in turn are fertilized by the cattle as they graze. This vegetation further absorbs the mineral elements that gravitate to the surface, aided by the efficient action of microbial agents. The sun and rain operate in a concerted effort to vitalize the abundant plant life which transform the elements into nutrient dense cells packed with vitamin and mineral content. It is this continued renewal of the earth that maintains the health and integrity of the cattle. Thus, through sound stewardship, the milk flows unto us as we reap the nourishing and conclusive benefits.

This brief description of our key ingredient pales in comparison to the actual complex processes of the terra firma (earth), which is why at Harmony Acres we praise the Word of God, through whom the entirety of the created order was generated.
